Guest Post Agreement

This Guest Post Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date] (the "Effective Date") between Elena Daehnhardt (daehnhardt.com) and [Guest Post Writer's Full Name] (the "Guest Post Writer").

Introduction

The Blog Creator is the owner and operator of the daehnhardt.com blog (the "Elena's AI Blog" or the "Blog"), which focuses on topics related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and coding, including AI applications.

The Guest Post Writer is an expert in technical writing, AI and coding and wishes to contribute an AI-relevant guest post to the Blog.

Guest Post Submission and Review

2.1 Content Specifications: The Guest Post Writer agrees to provide original and relevant content related to AI and coding, including AI applications, AI ethics, and AI case studies for the Blog (the "Guest Post"). The Guest Post should be informative, well-researched, and free from plagiarism or copyright violations.

2.2 Topic and Format: The Guest Post Writer shall propose a topic to the Blog Creator before initiating the writing process. The final topic and content shall be subject to approval by the Blog Creator. The agreed-upon topic and format shall be documented via email or any other written communication for reference.

2.3 Editorial Review: The Blog Creator reserves the right to review and edit the Guest Post for clarity, coherence, and adherence to the Blog's editorial guidelines while maintaining the original intent and message of the content.

Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Guest Post Ownership: The Guest Post Writer acknowledges that all rights, title, and interest in the Guest Post, including any intellectual property rights, shall be transferred to the Blog Creator upon submitting and accepting the Guest Post. The Guest Post Writer agrees not to publish the same or substantially similar content elsewhere without the explicit written consent of the Blog Creator.

3.2 Attribution: The Blog Creator shall provide proper attribution to the Guest Post Writer by including their name and a brief author bio at the end of the Guest Post, along with any links to the Guest Post Writer's website or social media profiles, as agreed upon.

Publication and Removal

4.1 Publication: The Blog Creator shall have the sole discretion to determine whether the Guest Post will be published on the Blog. If approved, the Blog Creator will determine the date of publication.

4.2 Freedom to Remove: The Blog Creator reserves the right to remove the Guest Post from the Blog at any time, for any reason, without prior notice to the Guest Post Writer. The Guest Post Writer acknowledges and agrees that the Blog Creator's decision to remove the Guest Post will be final.

Compensation

5.1 Non-Monetary Compensation: The Guest Post Writer acknowledges that the compensation for contributing the Guest Post will be non-monetary, and the primary benefits include exposure to the Blog's audience and the opportunity to establish credibility as an expert in the AI and coding.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during this Agreement confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the other party's written consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of [Your Country].

Acceptance by Guest Post Writer

By submitting the Guest Post to Elena's AI Blog at daehnhardt.com, the Guest Post Writer hereby acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Guest Post Agreement.
